Information We Use

Depending on how you use Sonicine, we process your account email and sign-in information; artist profile details and profile image; song titles, prompts, lyrics, genre, and mood; generated audio and library records; and voice recordings or voice-clone details you choose to provide.

When you pay for a plan, we store payment-related records such as the plan, amount, transaction reference, and payment status. Payments are handled by Paystack. Sonicine does not ask you to enter full card details into its own forms.

How We Use Information

• Create and secure your account and provide your song library.
• Process prompts and lyrics to generate songs, and process voice samples when you choose voice cloning.
• Manage subscriptions, verify payments, prevent fraud, and respond to service issues.
• Store and deliver your profile, songs, and downloads.

Service Providers

Sonicine uses Supabase for account, database, and file-storage services; Paystack for payment processing; KIE.ai/Suno services for music generation; and ElevenLabs for voice-clone processing. Information needed for a feature may be sent to the relevant provider so it can perform that service. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request.

Storage & Security

Account data and song files are stored with the service providers used by Sonicine. The app uses authenticated accounts and access-controlled file links. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Retention & Your Choices

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account and library, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can choose what prompts, lyrics, images, and voice recordings to submit. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to records we must retain and rights already granted to songs under the Terms.

Children

Sonicine is not intended for children who are not legally able to enter into these Terms. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us through the available service contact channel.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. We will update the date above when a revised policy is published.
