SONICINE SONGS

Terms of Use

Last Updated: May 13, 2026

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of Sonicine (SonySign), including song generation, voice cloning, subscriptions, downloads, and the music library. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sonicine.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and be legally able to accept these Terms where you live.

What is Sonicine?

Sonicine (SonySign) is an AI song creator. You provide a prompt, lyrics, style, mood, or other direction; AI services generate musical recordings for you to listen to, save, and download through the platform. Results are generated, so tracks may be similar to other outputs and are not guaranteed to be unique, error-free, or available indefinitely.

Plans & Ownership Explained Clearly

Free Plan

Free includes limited generations for personal listening. Sonicine retains ownership of songs created on the Free Plan. You may not commercially use or distribute Free songs to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, TikTok, or other distribution services; monetize them; or register them with Content ID.

Basic Plan — R99/month

When you upgrade to Basic, retroactive ownership applies: your past Free songs and new songs in your catalog become yours. The license is for personal use only. You may use songs in personal projects and non-monetized social posts, but may not sell them, distribute them to digital service providers (including Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Music), monetize them, claim Content ID, or use them for client work.

Studio Pro Plan — R199/month

Studio Pro provides full commercial ownership of 100% of the masters and rights for your catalog, including past and future songs. You may sell and distribute those songs on music and social platforms, monetize them, and use them for client work, subject to your rights in all material you supplied and applicable law.

Your account and library display ownership status. Voice cloning is included with Basic and Studio Pro; you may submit only your own voice or a voice you have explicit permission to use.

Your Content & Responsibilities

You retain responsibility for prompts, lyrics, recordings, names, images, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material and to request its processing. Do not upload another person's voice or copyrighted material without authorization, impersonate someone, or use the service unlawfully.

The rights granted by a plan do not give you rights to material you did not own or have permission to use. Do not represent AI-generated music as human-performed or human-authored where disclosure is required by law or a platform's rules.

Payments, Renewal & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in South African rand through Paystack. Plans do not renew automatically; a new payment is needed to extend access. An expired plan may limit paid features. Ownership already granted to a song remains attached to that song as shown in your account. Payment verification and any refund obligations are subject to applicable law and the payment provider's terms.

Service Availability & Changes

AI providers, network conditions, and maintenance can affect generation times and availability. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practicable. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided subject to applicable consumer-protection law. We do not guarantee that generated music will be accepted by a distributor, qualify for copyright protection, or avoid similarity claims. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
